CD ORDERS ::  All available CD products on this site are priced based upon your geographic location.  If inside the United States (U.S.) or if purchasing outside the United States (Int'l).  There are no shipping fees to CD orders.  All CDs are shipped out within 48 hours of order date.  Turn around time is between 7-14 working days depending on geographic location.  All CDs are shipped in protective bubble wrap envelopes.

MP3 DOWNLOADS ::  You will receive an email with a link to download  your purchased mp3s from our online server, TRADEBIT.  Along with your download link will be a unique code.  You will need this code to complete the download.  If you were not able to complete the download process, contact our customer service and a new link will be re-activated.  In some of our older files, your link will be for downloading a compressed "zip file".  Within this file contains your mp3 mix.  If you do not know how to "unzip" a folder, click here.  All newer mp3 titles are not compressed in zip folders therefore, there is no need to unzip before using.

IMPORTANT!!!  Regarding MP3 downloads !!!!!

When you receive your link for the purchased mp3 mixes, remember that they are one long continuous mix without any track indexes.  Therefore, once burned to CD, you will not be able to "skip" songs by using your CD players "track forward" buttons.  This is the only way we are able to deliver you a complete "non-stop" mixed program in mp3 format without skips or drops.

RETURNS ::  There are no refunds or exchanges allowed for mp3 downloads.  If you have purchased an audio CD and there is a defect (scratch, skipping, read error, etc.), we will send you out a brand new copy at no cost to you.  No return is needed.  If you are not satisfied with the CD and would like to exchange it for another title, you are responsible for sending it back in the same condition you received it at your cost.  Once your package has been received with original packing slip and exchange directions, we will send out your exchange at no further cost to you.  If you are not satisfied with the quality of our programs in general after purchasing our products, you are granted a refund less shipping & processing fees (usually around $5) credited to the account you used to purchase the products.  Refunds are only valid within 30 days of your original purchase.  CD's must be in perfect condition (no scratches, scuffs, cracks or rips) in order to qualify for a refund.  If CD is not received by us within this time and is not in perfect condition, refund will be forfeited.
